Full Job Description:
We have a concession manager position available. The candidate must be willing to work in the Shoe Suite concession in Goods Department store, Kilkenny. In addition, the candidate must be available to work mid-week & weekends. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.
Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied, and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.
The job role and responsibilities include the following:
- Driving forward sales and achieving company objectives
- Maximising the profitability of the store,
- Staff management, training and development,
- Product analysis & feedback,
- Efficient management of stock,
- Achieving high customer service standards in-store,
- Ensuring stock rooms and sales floors are clean and tidy at all times,
- Maintaining appropriate stock levels in your shop and ensuring exceptional standards in housekeeping and visual merchandising,
- Maintaining the security of the boutique premises, stock and all monies,
- Maintaining appropriate staffing levels within budget
- Completing and submitting all necessary paperwork to the Office
