Delivery Information

Delivery is €5 in the Republic of Ireland on all orders. Due to EU Customs rules governing non-EU goods, VAT and customs charges now apply when you buy goods outside of the EU. Any delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout stage.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS confirming that we have received your order.
Orders are normally dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery within Ireland is with An Post which typically takes 3 - 5 working days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during Christmas periods and around Bank Holidays.

Please check your junk/promotions email. If you do not provide an email on your order, a sms will be sent to your phone.

Yes, we can exchange the product you purchased for a different size. If you would like to exchange your order, please write this on your returns form, when sending back.

If you purchase goods online with us and wish to return them you have 30 days from date of purchase to get a full refund. It is €4.95 to return the goods by post. Online goods can be returned to any of our stores. The refund will be issued online not in store.

You can’t use a credit note online however we can process them over the phone.

Online gift vouchers can only be used for online purchases. In-store gift vouchers can only be used for in-store purchases.
