Returns Procedure
If you purchase goods online with us and wish to return them you have 30 days from when you purchase them to do so to get a full refund.
It is €4.95 to return the goods by post through the below procedure, or €6 to book a collection from your home, following the below procedure.
Online goods can be returned to any of our stores. Exchanges can be done in store, however a refund will be issued online not in store. To see our list of stores, click here: https://shoesuite.ie/pages/our-stores
In order to return your purchase by An Post please follow the steps below (you will need a printer). Please note this service is only available in the Republic of Ireland.
Step 1: Go to https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns. You will need a printer to use this service.
Step 2: Choose ‘Shoe Suite’ from the first drop down list and click on it. Select your reason for returning the item on the second drop down list. Enter the retailer order reference number, this is your order number and continue.
Step 3: Select your return method, there are two options. You can drop it off to a post office for €4.95 or arrange a collection from your address for €6. Fill in your details and continue.
Step 4: Tick the box to accept the An Post terms & conditions and then pay accordingly. The total cost will be €4.95/€6 for returning the goods. You will be issued a label so please attach it to the item you are returning. If booking a collection, this will not require a label as the PostMan/Woman will provide that.
Please note, if you are returning multiple items separately, each parcel will need a label.

Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is free in the Republic of Ireland on orders over €60. Delivery is €3.70 in the Republic of Ireland on orders under €60. Delivery is free outside the ROI on orders over €350. Any delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout stage.
What's happens when I place my order?
You will receive your order within 2 working days for orders in ROI. A tracking number will be sent in the confirmation email.
I would like a different size, can I exchange my purchase easily?
Yes, we can exchange the product you purchased for a different size or a different product entirely. GLS provide this service for €10. If you would like to exchange a product please email us at sales@shoesuite.ie
